These knobs are so beautiful, that is a fact. I would certainty buy them again, or for friends! As other reviews have mentioned, the gold paint (only from the outer ring!) comes off with wear or if you accidentally scratch it. I would also mention not to over-tighten the knob or the metal cap will crack.

Just make sure you're okay with a bit of a distressed look! They arrived scuffed. After trying to exchange, I was informed all the knobs of this type were a little rough. For us it wasn't worth paying shipping fees to return so we've kept them for now since you can't tell from far away. Quick shipping. Very polite shop owner with prompt responses.
